TFO response to TCC's bogus answer

No surprise, the Oklahoma Attorney Generals Office continues with its criminal conduct.  TCC continues to violate the law and all parties involved on the side of TCC from its President Leigh Goodson, all the way down to its counsel Desiree Singer and Jeb Joseph have all committed felonies in the State of Oklahoma.  TFO is fighting to bring these felons to justice and ensure that all citizens do not have to file suit to obtain records from public agencies.  Why does the Oklahoma Attorney Generals Office continue to pay Desiree Singer and Jeb Joseph to come all the way to Tulsa for a 3 minute hearing, and allow them a driver and security team?  Need we remind the public that these are the same two attorney's who have lied to the courts in Tulsa over and over again.  These two are the same who had TFO President, Chris Barnett falsely arrested after he showed up to a hearing for a lawsuit he filed personally against Tulsa Community College.  Jeb Joseph admits on the record that they had no evidence of anything and did no investigation.  Jeb Jospeh and Desiree Singer continue down their racist, bigoted trail and continue to abuse their power like no other.  TFO will bring these felons to justice.  Several administrators at TCC have committed felonies, including its attorney's Jeb Joseph and Desiree Singer.  If Tulsa had a District Attorney with any gonads, we would already have seen Leigh Goodson, Lauren Brookey, Diane Hainey, William Carter, Kelly Clark and Lisa Stefanic all locked up.  These people have all committed felonies in the State of Oklahoma.

Felon Desiree Singer filed more frivolous documents with the Tulsa County Court in a motion to compel on behalf of TCC.  She's still trying to learn how to be an attorney.  She needs a civics lesson on the Oklahoma Open Records Act.  This isn't the first time Desiree Singer has lied in pleadings with the court.  Tulsa Community College really wants to take a deposition?  Think of how many people have to be deposed, only to reach the same conclusion that all legal scholars have, TCC is wrong and has to comply with the Oklahoma Open Records Act.  TCC has acted in bad faith by not answering any request to anyone when a request has been made under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
